I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

Once you find the account's email address, the way to recover it is through the recovery form you submitted. Microsoft's response may take several days.

It is important that you send the most complete information you can, since unfortunately there is no alternative method of account recovery, if this is denied, you can send it again with more complete information.

- Answer as many questions as you can.

Sorry, I worded it wrong. I know the email but haven’t got the email on my phone and I don’t know the password for this email, I’ve tried to recover the account through google and hasn’t worked.
