How can I recover a Microsoft account, which was hacked a while ago and is blocked?

I created a Microsoft account in 2020 without enabling 2fa. Now for the last few years, I can't log in to the account because it's blocked due to too many incorrect password attempts and the security question has changed from my original one and is in Swedish. I don't have access to the Email address linked to the account (because it belongs to the hacker) and I'm not logged in on any device. I still know the used Email address, password and Xbox username as well as the date of birth. Additionally, I have used this particular Microsoft account on a Nintendo Switch, which I do still have access to. However, there is no query, which can help me retrieve my account.
