    How can I receive a refound of a game in microsoft store for my particular situation?


    Hello. I installed Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th from the Microsoft Store. However, after spending hours and hours installing it, and even more time trying to "repair" the game, it still doesn't work. I contacted Xbox support, and they provided me with EVERY POSSIBLE AND IMAGINABLE method to try and fix the issue, but the problem persists, and I still can't resolve it. It's useless to try any further troubleshooting because, honestly, I'm fed up and I want a refund. Especially since the game works on another gaming platform, but not through the Microsoft Store.
