How can I reach Japanese support for my xbox one controller?

Hello, I've bought Xbox one controller for PC and would like to get some technical support as the controller broke.

I've been trying to find a way to reach Japanese tech support for 2 hours on the Japanese Microsoft Help/Spoort web but every path and link leads to either here(The English support forum, which probably isn't a rght place to ask for a Japanese product but
since the help page directed me here I'm asking anyway) or Xbox Customer Support page which requires you to register your XBOX serial code which I do not own since I've only bought the controller. By any chance, could you give me the link where I can actually
reach Japanese tech support or maybe support phone number for the xbox controller for PC?

Did you tried to use the
Support Page in Japanese region or you are getting still redirected to english support?

In addition to the earlier steps you can also use this link. It will provide a direct page to the Phone contact details, which will either show a Call back request option or a Phone number. Keep in mind that the country in bottom left corner must match the
region/country you are in.

Phone support is limited to specific regions. You can request a free call-back by signing on at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering
a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

You may not get someone in Japan but there are people able to speak it and assist you as needed.

Xbox has never done well in Japan for one reason. Japan supports Japanese products. They have a very strict culture. The Japanese are oppressed, and are borderline shamed for not supporting their own country and its products. How many American or European
cars do you see in Japan? Close to 0.

I have read articles where a few well known Japanese Gaming Shops have removed Xbox from their shelves! Can you imagine if an American shop removed S*ny's game machine from shelves so they couldn't be sold? That would be absolute world breaking news.

I honestly don't know if anything can be done to help. Even signing on a well known Japanese Gaming studio or making exclusive deals is not easy and would not do a lot. Lost Odyssey was a fantastic game. But it didn't move consoles. Shenmue 2 didn't
help a lot.

In my opinion if you want to penetrate the Japanese market you must penetrate their culture. And that is not an easy task.
