    How can i provide feedback about games shutting down the Display but still remain...


    I tried to play Sable several times and ever after 5-10 minutes in game, the display turns black but i am still able to continue playing, so it seems like the game keeps running, only the graphical unit is closed down.

    After a restart, i can continue as before, but some minutes ingame, again the display turns black but the game keeps running. I had this issue with some other games before, but i can't remember which games How can i provide feedback about games shutting down the Display but still remain... :(

    All other games run flawless, i can spend a whole day in Night City, but whenever i try to run Sable the screen turns black after some time.

    My problem is how to provide feedback via the report a problem App. The tracing function doesn't seem to work, i had my Series X running the whole day waiting for the tracing function to start. :/

    I reported the Problem always short after a restart, but i can't imagine that there will be some cluefull data provided.

    Any suggestions?

    Unfortunately it's not uncommon for servers to be shut down after a period of time, however most games can still be played offline which is why they remain on the market.

    U use Xbox as the comparison? That's last generation. But on the same note, u can still plug up ur Xbox and play games, jus not online anymore. The next gen hasn't even started yet so there is soooo much more time remaining before that even becomes an issue
    with xb1 however I'm sure the way they built it, it will be the benchmark for the future and how we game and share and transfer games. Even if they did shut down the 300,000 plus servers they would unlock the console to still be able to play. Just not online,
    but who knows, some of those 300,000 servers could still remain active for the games that are utilized online the most. Something to think about.

    I want a refund for friday the 13th the game because the servers are shutting down I bought it for 11.99 and i want a full refund please the policy wont let me but its a waste of my money

    A great many games eventually shut down their online servers and there is no guarantee that they remain up

    Most sports games shut down the servers after 2 to 3 years, should they get refunds?

    The company cannot renew their license to the game and therefore cannot continue to sell it. As they cannot continue to sell it it cannot continue to generate income to keep the servers. You can still play it for the next year

    If your system is still downloading, updates, or otherwise, doing maintenance activities, it will remain on until it finishes them, and then shut down
