  1. How can i permanently enable TEREDO Client in Xbox Networking at Windows 10 Settings

    Hi,

Althought XBOX Game Pass for PC gives a lot of errors in many games, my main issue is that i have bought Forza Horizon 4 and i want to permanently enable the TEREDO Client in Xbox Networking at Windows 10 Settings.

I have connection issues when it is not enabled and it every time i login to Windows 10 is off.

I have created a .bat that runs the following command ----> netsh interface teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

    which resolves the issue

This command i run it manually but can someone give me a permanently solution to have Teredo Client enabled in Windows 10?

    Thanks

    :)

Windows 10 Xbox Game Bar Party Chat Drops Out or "Disconnects" With No Error Message - Only Silence

What I did to fix the Teredo issue on my Windows 10 Pro was:

    - Press Windows + R > Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

    - Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > TCP/IP Settings > IPv6 Transition Technologies. Change the settings like below:

    - Teredo Client Port - Enabled - input " 0"

    - Teredo Default Qualified - Enabled - choose "Enabled State"

    - Teredo Refresh State - Enabled - Choose "30" or "20"

    - Teredo State - Enabled - choose "Client" (If after doing all steps it fails, try choose Enterprise Client instead.)

See how it goes and please let me know. I can't say for sure that it has an impact on party/social services, but since it can block your connection with the Xbox servers it might be the culprit here.

We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. Your NAT shows "Teredo is unable to qualify". Lets try to solve this as this may be causing your issues.

Check your connection again and click on "Click here for more information". You will be redirected to a Xbox page showing you tips to solve the Teredo issue.

If you are running Windows 10 Pro, Business or Enterprise, also try the steps below after the ones from the Xbox website:

    - Press Windows + R > Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

    - Under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > TCP/IP Settings > IPv6 Transition Technologies.

    - Find "Set Teredo Client Port" , "Set Teredo Default Qualified" , "Set Teredo Refresh Rate", "Set Teredo Server Name", "Set Teredo State". Change these settings like below:

Set Teredo Client Port - Enable - input " 0"

Set Teredo Default Qualified - Enable - choose "Enabled State"

Set Teredo Refresh State - Enable - Choose "30" or "20"

Set Teredo State - Enable - choose "Client" (If after doing all steps it fails, try choose Enterprise Client instead.)

Let me know how it goes, please.

Facing some issues in launching game on xbox app pc cloud gaming

That's exact what I wanted. Thanks for sharing.

You have Teredo unable to qualify and server connectivity blocked. This can cause a lot of issues since you cannot connect properly with the Xbox servers.

Please click on "Click here for more information" on your connection test to try to make these two error messages disappear.

    Also please do:

If you are running Windows 10 Pro please follow these steps:

    Press Windows + R, type gpedit.msc and press enter;

Under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > All Settings

Find "Set Teredo Client Port" , "Set Teredo Default Qualified" , "Set Teredo Refresh Rate", "Set Teredo Server Name", "Set Teredo State". Change these settings like below:

Set Teredo Client Port - Enable - input " 0"

Set Teredo Default Qualified - Enable - choose "Enabled State"

Set Teredo Refresh State - Enable - Choose "30" or "20"

Set Teredo Server Name - Enable - input "win10.ipv6.microsoft.com"

Set Teredo State - Enable - choose "Client" (If after doing all steps it fails, try choose Enterprise Client instead.)

Then follow the steps on the Xbox website for both issues, restart your computer and see if your connection result shows Open NAT and connected to server.

Let me know how it goes, please.

Cannot Run Sea of Thieves on Laptop (But Can on Desktop)

I'm not using a VPN server with it.

I tried the things in the reddit post and a couple related MS posts as well (How to enable Teredo windows 10 - Microsoft Community) (Teredo Tunneling Adapter Is Missing - Microsoft Community)

The post there was really for Windows 10 Pro. Do you know what the "Type" should be in Teredo settings for Windows 10 Home? (enterpriseuser for Pro...I've also tried client. "default" makes it "disabled" again).

So ironically, on my home PC, I checked the XBox Networking, and it says Teredo is unable to qualify/server connectivity: blocked, but the game is working just great.

    I'm so confused.

    - Find the entries below and change their values accordingly:

    - Set Teredo Client Port - Enable - input " 0"

    - Set Teredo Default Qualified - Enable - choose "Enabled State"

    - Set Teredo Refresh State - Enable - Choose "30" or "20"

    - Set Teredo State - Enable - choose "Client" (If after doing all steps it fails, try choose Enterprise Client instead.)
