    Nope it isn't within your control, its the ISP that gives you the WAN ip address

    If you using 3G then I doubt you'll get an Open NAT

    On your PC run:-

    ipconfig

    And have a look at the ip address you get on the "other" connection, not the one connected to your Xbox. Post up that ip address

    One way to open your NAT is to use port fowarding or DMZ. You can go
