    I'm trying to make myself appear online, but from both the Xbox app and the Xbox itself, it won't work at all. I restarted my Xbox but it didn't work.

    Last time it worked was about 4 days ago, I already tried signing out and signing back in, but to no avail. And every time I click on "Appear online" it says "Try again in a bit. Something went wrong." As an error message at the bottom of the screen.

    It seems to be an account issue. Let's try instead to perform an account reputation check. Go to https://account.live.com/reputationcheck and follow the process. Once done, try to sign out and sign in again your account from the Xbox app or console.
