How can I log into my microsoft account when I don’t know the email

The username cannot be used in recovery, you must use the tools provided by Microsoft.

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Once you have found the new address, you can recover the account using the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr]

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

I'm afraid Xbox Support can’t provide this info, even if you know your gamertag. So you will have to look into all the emails that you have to find the account you used.

Will this require me to log back into my Xbox account. If so I don’t know my password and don’t have access to my old email the Xbox was created in

I have a similar issue. I had already migrated my account months ago and due to inactivity I was logged out. When trying to log back in with my Microsoft account, none of the emails I've tried are logging into the correct account I migrated with. I have no idea what email I used to create the Microsoft account I migrated with as I have tried every email I can think of. The other Microsoft accounts the emails log me in with just create new migrated accounts which tell me I need to purchase Minecraft as I do not own it, despite me buying it 2 years ago and playing it with no issues up until now. I don't want to buy the game again as I know I already own it, I just don't know how to access the account I own it on again.

So basically I have an account on Xbox for which I have been signed out of and I don’t know the email or password to and it was made when we first got the Xbox it’s been like 7 years now or something like that so no one in the family remembers the email or password of that account and we have spent lots of money on this Xbox account and don’t wanna loose it what do I do?

If you cant figure out what the email is then there is nothing you can do unfortunately.

Its not possible to recover an account without knowing the email. So one way or another youd need to figure out what email you used. This article has some general suggestions on ways you can try to find that out.
