I have two boys and between them, they have 3 xbox one accts, none of them have my card details on, so why are Microsoft taking money from my acct?

I had to set up an acct since my son is a minor. I have a game associated with my acct that I need to download onto his console. But the only account information is his. How do I sign in to MY acct on his console so this game can be downloaded?

What you can do is change the password on the account at account.live.com and the next time he tries to sign in it will ask for your new password and if he doesnt know it then he wont be able to use your account on the xbox.

Also, try and give them as much information as possible to verify it is your account.

nobody here can help you with that all we can suggest is keep filling out the forms till you get enough info right to satisfy them. this is why it is important to write down stuff like that and put it in a safe place.

I did have it all written down. But I somehow lost it in the past 5 yrs. There has to be a way to get my acct back. I am using my free 1 month subscription tempporarily for my new xbox. Ive tried these forms 5 times now. Is there any other way??? It is very
frustrating with all the time and money spent on my other acct. Can I contact anyone or go somewhere to prove its me??? the acct has been inactive for 2 weeks now cant they see that???
