2. What platform are you using? Is it browser, console or another device/app?
   
3. What is the error message or code you are getting? Please provide a screenshot and conceal your personal information like email account and gamertag.
   
4. Additionally, are you trying to link your account through a game? Please let us know.
   

For troubleshooting, if you are using a browser, you may want to try to use the InPrivate Window of your browser and see if your account is linked successfully. Should you be using a console, please try to restart it and try again. You may also try to use another device like PC and connect to other network to see if issue persist.

I am having the same problem he is. I am trying to connect my Xbox one minecraft account to my new PlayStation 5 account and it is saying the account is already connected to a PlayStation network account when I have never even owned a PlayStation. How do I unlink the account? And how would I know what account is even linked?

For your description of your problem with linking Microsoft accounts on Sony's Playstation reporting an error, have you played minecraft on the Playstation before or linked another account, if so, you can follow your method below:

Even if you can unlink the account, Sony won't allow you to link other Microsoft accounts later: How to Link Microsoft and PlayStation Accounts.

Note: After you link a Microsoft account to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be linked to another account.



If you choose to unlink an account, the purchase transaction will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made. Even if unlinked, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-associated to the original account.



Again, this is a Sony restriction. It is not a restriction imposed by Microsoft/Minecraft.Looking forward to your reply.

How do i unlink a playstation account from windows?

I linked my wifes Microsoft acount to my ps4 by a accident. Is there a way to unlink hers so i can link mine. Pls
