i don’t know what to do , my friend’s xbox one stopped working after trying to download a new game . it was stuck at two percent then after that her xbox stopped working and it said it came up with an error code and she managed to reset it and it worked and she got her games back , however she could not get back into her main account and she does not remember the password and she cannot reset it as she don’t use the email it’s logged into anymore . is there a way she can change the email of her account without being logged into the account . please help me i don’t know what to do she’ll lose all her games that she has paid for over the past 4/5 years, please can someone help me .

As she doesn’t recall the email address, she may want to try recovering the account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)
