    How can I go about investigating charges on my paypal acount if I don't have an active...


    I noticed three 107.99 charges on my paypal account from Microsoft. My email address seems to be tied to a microsoft account with a different email address that I don't recognize. The purchases are titled Stubs (150,000) for MLB the Show.

    Have you tried to login all your email addresses to https://account.microsoft.com website if it accepts one of your email addresses?

    It may be registered to a Microsoft account. Please be advised that in order for you to cancel or request a refund, you must have full control or access to the account where the charges came from. If in case you couldn't find the correct account, please contact your financial institution to dispute those charges and block future payments.

    You have got it. It is a HUGE headache. Microsoft is now investigating the issue as well. Their Escalation Team had me send copies of my PayPal transactions showing I did not receive a refund. They are unsure why the system is showing a refund to a credit
    card and not PayPal. I am hoping that Microsoft can clear it up, but the my bank is also investigating to try and fix the issue. I think you are right however. I don't know if the bank can do much if PayPal and Microsoft can't fix what is going on. By the

    Continuation of gamepass ultimate subscription

    It's optional to add a credit card or paypall, i have never added a credit card or paypall to my acount, i only have to enter a code for gamepass ultimate from wich they ask me te recur the subscription or not but now it doesn't show up. I checked my acount and saw it turned off so i don't understand why it doesn't work this time, has there been changes lately?
