    How can I get Un-Shadow Muted on Minecraft Bedrock?


    I have been shadow muted for quite some time on Minecraft Bedrock on Xbox, I would like to know If I could get unmuted any time soon. And please don’t give me the same response that other players who have the same issue were given.

    It's not a 1.12 issue, I've been shadow muted for longer than that. There are other people who have been muted for way longer

    Where are you seeing this happen? Microsoft handles the Enforcement portion of Xbox Live, but that wouldn't affect specific titles, and Minecraft/Mojang does not perform these blanket actions on accounts (I believe). You would likely want to get in touch
    with the server administrators for where you're seeing this "shadow mute", as the owner or Administrators would configure that setting per server/realm.

    Some of the data I've gathered from this post came from this bug-tracker post for Minecraft for further information.

    As other's have already stated you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support to inquire about this Ghost Mute. From what 've seen, a ghost mute in Minecraft is a communication ban by the developers which is which you can't communicate on the featured
    servers.
