How can I get to my account with only my MCID and DID?

I know it’s frustrating losing access, especially when your Minecraft account is tied to your PlayStation Network. Unfortunately, having only your MCID (Minecraft ID) and DID (Device ID) isn’t enough by itself to recover the account, but here’s what you can still try:

1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form

If you can remember any possible email tied to the account, go here:

Fill it out with any details you remember:

Old passwords

Approximate dates of use

Xbox gamertag if one was linked

You can mention the MCID in the notes section for context

2. Search your PlayStation email for clues

Check your inbox (for the email used on PSN) for messages from:

Microsoft

Mojang

Minecraft

Xbox/Microsoft account linking

You may find the original Microsoft account name linked to Minecraft on PSN.

3. Important note about PlayStation linking

Once a Microsoft account is linked to a PSN ID for Minecraft, it can’t be unlinked or replaced. The only way to use Minecraft again on that PSN ID is to recover the original Microsoft account.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation account can be associated with a different account.

If you find the email, try recovering it through Microsoft's recovery tools. If not, all access will depend on whether you can re-verify ownership through the form.

yea sadly, this is the one time where my brother actually did it. And he was constantly swearing and being toxic in party/ messages which is what he did to get my account banned

I hope someone from Microsoft sees this and this is like a once in a blue moon kind of situation where my account gets unbanned

Around 2 years ago exactly I switched to PlayStation so that I could start playing games with my cousins who were on that console. While I switched I let my younger brother who was 11 or 12 at the time take over my account. He had gottten the new Xbox so i didn’t have to lend him mine. Well while I was playing having a swell time on PlayStation my brother was getting voice abuse names white literally every other week for multiple weeks in a town. This would result in my account being banned permanently. Now in 2023 I’ve switched back to cbox to play with my old friends, try halo in infinite and starfield etc. but I can’t even use my account that my father and I have spent thousands of hours and dollars on. All because of my brother. Whenever I try to appeal the ban in the enforcement section, it doesn’t give me the prompt to appeal my ban in anyway shape or form.

PLEASE I JUST WANT MY OLD ACCOUNT BACK IN BEGGING PHIL SPENCER

If the ban was given more than 12 months ago than it wouldnt be able to be appealed.

Only bans that occurred within the last 12 months can be appealed. The appeal process is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions.
