How can i get the shipping bill for a repair ticket

Hi

I'm form Chile and i've been living a real nightmare since my Elite Series 2 controllar start failing, I made a repair request from the microsoft devices web and i sent the control from Chile to the Texas Repair Center, since it still has warranty they sent me a new control, but they forgot to attach the shipping bill for imports and now the costoms house (postal office, aduana) won't realese my controller to the people from fedex because this missing document and now they been asking me to send it, but i don't have it and i have no idea how to get it

Please i need help, contacting someone from Microsoft Customer Service from Chile is nearly imposible, the web or phone send us to the virtual agent and from that you enter in a endless loop alway ending on the virtual agent.

You would need to contact support to see if they can send you that. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

If it is still in the 90 day warranty window for the controller you can start the ship and repair ticket through Microsoft support.

Hi,

A controller has 90 days of warranty starting the date of purchase on your ticket/bill ( PS : Elite controller its 1 year ).

Repair center needs the bill or ticket to double check the date, if no bill or ticket, it will be impossible to get a remplacement under warranty.

It simply states that if I don’t receive a confirmation email in 24hrs then I should contact you. Here I am contacting you because I NEVER received any email! I put my order in on the 8th it’s now the 10th. I check all my email, checked my junk email, checked my spam email, and nothing!
