    How can I get support for issues with my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller?


    I first started with the virtual assistant, which bugged out every time it asked me to sign in. So I looked at the support page, which doesn’t recognize my serial number when I try to put it in. It says I can use other proof of purchase, but
    when I press on that link it just takes a while to reload this page. I tried to talk with a person, but when I put the boxes that a controller problem fits in, it just tells me to go back to the controller support page or to the virtual assistant.

    Elite 2 Controller Mapping Letdown

    Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
    can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:

    after latest firmware update the wireless xbox controlled is no more correctly recognized on PC if connected using bluetooth

    I have the very same issue with my Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. Very annoying indeed.
