How can I get rid of this band?

2 things I would do is 1 try putting the xbox next to the router and also try wiring it to the router.

I would also doing a bit of router tidy up.

I would get rid of any device's that are no long needed on the wifi and change the router band width to make up a 2.4ghz and a 5ghz band width.

I would connect the two consoles up to the 5ghz band width .

yea I like it but when I started a new character and then I have all the stuff right away, I would honestly rather feel like I have earned them instead

Delete it from your hard drive or USB then. You will have to start a new game because, once a game has been saved with DLC that is no longer present, it will cause a "missing downloadable content" error.

Delete that pack from your HD, but you need to access an existing save from before it's presence, or start over.

Once a save file registers a DLC present, it will need it to continue.

Then you shouldn't have purchased the pack in the first place.
