how can I get onto my Yahoo Bellsouth email box ?

If this not related to xbox service I suggest you to contact your provider's email support for this issue.

1 thing you can try is going onto the major sites for email like hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc and see if they have your email logged in the tempory filenormally clicking the box where you put your email in it may show up if not, then go into your recent history
and see if the email address is there
