I've tried for the past 3 Days now trying to play a Game on my Xbox One S I've had since November 24th 2016 and it decided to stop letting me play my Games I have gotten in Game Discs.

I want to know is how can I get my XBOX One S Fixed to where I can play my XBOX ONE Games again and the Phone Number I need to call the Repair Shop at Microsoft to get it fixed?

Xone turns itself off randomly, as if home button has been pressed.

My xbox one turns itself off randomly, and the sound plays as if I have pressed the on/off button. Usually happens relatively soon after attempting to start it. Hasn't happened for a couple of weeks but it has started doing it again today. Is there a fix
on this or do i need to get it repaired?

Xbox One S all games crashing

Is it just me but since the march 29 update I haven't been able to play any games. My Xbox one S crashes every time I start a game. Is there a fix or should I just send my Xbox to repair? I have call Microsoft multiple times and tried every troubleshoot
there is. Can this be fixed with another update?

If you have a MS store near by you should be able to make an appointment to bring it in.

Thanks for getting back to us in regards to this. If you've set up a repair order for your Xbox One S then all you have to send is just the Xbox console. Don't send in any cables or accessories as this will cause delays.

What u can do now, when u try downloading many X/S series game on external u need to confirm one by one when it's start downloading.. So u need choose the game start download, and search again the game and do the same thing..

I do this when I left my xbox downloading overnight on external..

Because there's no option to disable notification now.. Hope it fix soon
