    How can I get my Ultimate Xbox game pass on my gaming laptop?


    So during Christmas of 2022, my parents got me a gaming laptop, and when they were getting it all set up, they had the Ultimate Xbox game pass on my device, but when I go to the Xbox app on here, I cannot access the Ultimate Game Pass at all, even though it's linked onto my dad's account, which he made it so I can also have access to that family plan for the Ultimate Game Pass, if anyone knows how to get it to work, I would really appreciate it.

    I understand your question.
    To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    • The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
    • Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
    • Game Pass Ultimate works on both

    If you have Ultimate you can share with him

    How do you use game pass ultimate?

    I imagine that most Xbox console owners with game pass ultimate are not taking advantage of the game pass ultimate for PC, I have GPU but my laptop wouldn't be powerful enough for most new games and I'm not interested in purchasing a more powerful one
    as I enjoy my gaming on console, and I'm happy with what I'm getting out of GPU.

    And how can I get a refund for my xbox consol game pass. Since I paid today twice it would be fair if Microsoft refund me my previous purchase (I also dont know how to do it, right now I can only see my ultimate pass)

    Can subscription be used by all profiles on more then just Xbox?

    So if the ultimate game pass is on my account on family Xbox my son will be able to use it on his account on his laptop?
