We wouldn't be able to do anything about that. You'd have to reach out to them or Facebook.

Ah didn't know about the phone number but yes I haven't gave a refund since 12 months i was able to refund two things which is tony hawk pro skater 1+2 and it says i will get my money back September 1 which we already know it passed that day and for a bundle for modern warfare 2 it says aguest 30 which i don't get why its going to take that long for me to get my money back

So i refunded a bundle from mw2 and it says i have to wait till aguest 30 2023 i shouldn't have to wait that long please contact me on my number *removed for privacy* or Gmail which is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** i wanna make the time shorter

Have you had other refunds approved in the last 12 months?

I ask because you are only allowed so many refunds (they don't list a specific amount) per every rolling 12 months

Id remove your phone number as anyone in the world can see this (this is a public mostly gamer populated forum so mostly people like you who dont work Microsoft will see this) so you basically just posted your phone number for the world to see.

Hi guys, my achievement problem happened when i went on halo the master chief collection and tried to change my player i.d. and the game just restarted. I decided to check my achievements and I got the error code. I was getting the achievements and everything
was working fine for the past week when i got halo but today it just doesn't let me get anything relating to achievements or the player id. Hope you guys at Xbox can fix this.
