How can I get my deleted my player back

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

This can be a corrupted game file which can be fixed by re-syncing your game data or if the file has been deleted, we may need to check options with 2k.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Do you have your data backed up onto a harddrive that you can recover from?

I am unfamiliar with NBA, but basically contact the main developers on the support forums

or contact them. they should be able to return your character

probably not the best advice but it worked for me before

try to sound like you will play the game more / play a lot and were willing to invest more time but because your character is gone you no longer want to play
