    How can I get my controller repaired? Still broken after 2nd times repair


    This is what I got from 2nd repair. 2024-01-09 172116.png

    My controller cannot charge after 3 months use. Because it is still in warranty so I tried to get it repaired.

    Frist time send it to repair, order no. 2020719257, it took 12/15- 12/28 to send back to me. The controller not functional with buttons.

    Second time send it to repair, order no.2020961638. it took 12/28 - -1/9 to send back to me. Again, the controller doesn't install with buttons shown in the picture above.

    How can I get my controller repaired? Should I keep trying till warranty expires?

    Getting your Xbox device serviced

    If you've registered your device, sign in at Device services to see the device’s warranty status. If it’s within warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.

    Any other options I can get it repaired. There will be the third time and I doubt about it. Also, will they extend my warranty since the controller has been in repair for 1.5 months.
