How Can I get My Account Unblocked?

I have had some jarring bloke from China decide to hack my account and in all fairness, it was good that Microsoft had noticed this was not normal and blocked my account from anyone using it.

However, I want to play on my Xbox account which I have spent a lot of money on. The issue is that I created this account when I was very young and the back up email address I put in was my dads but was missing a number and the email address that is in there does not exist. I have sent several emails with the correct information of mine for my account through 2 different emails I want to change it to but it keeps coming back to me saying I have not provided enough information. All the information I have used on my account for example my password being correct, my bank details were correct, my gamertag was correct, my date of birth was correct and surely they would be able to see that my xbox network device ID and console ID has been the one I have used for many many years is correct...

So why on earth can I not recover my account, so much money has been spent on this account, so many games have been bought and progress made and I can't log back in? Anyone able to help because it is becoming slightly ridiculous and also not being able to speak to someone over the phone and a bot not being able to help is not an experience I am enjoying... I just want to change my back up email, my password and I need my account to be unblocked for me to do so. So can someone at microsoft help me unblock my account please or even speak to me over the phone?
