How can I get Microsoft support to call me or email me

Note: When you enter the page you must select the Contact Us button then enter the problem you are presenting, you will be redirected to a live chat with a support agent. In some cases an automatic bot will appear but you must keep trying until you speak to a real person.

From what I understand, they cannot help with questions regarding recovering accounts, however you can contact them and they will be happy to guide you towards a solution.

Remember that this is a public forum of the Microsoft community where we are players like you who try to help/guide other players to find the solution to the problems they are experiencing, however we do not belong to Microsoft, this means that we do not have access to the accounts or information of other players.

Thanks for giving me the estimate.!!! I didn't know how long it would take. Just saved me from calling support. Would I be getting that same thing in an email too or no?

Now it is 33 days. No email explanation from Microsoft. I called customer support and posted a request for answers on this forum. Nothing official from Microsoft. Customer support told me the investigation would take longer but no idea how long. I am
sure they have found the thieves since I gave them the clues by providing ther Gamertag and email. The customer support rep said she would ask them nicely to provide me an email with status of what is going on. Still nothing. Amazing. They've taken a loyal
customer and have really aggravated me needlessly. Well, I will post my experience all over the web. Maybe it will get someone's attention at Microsoft. Amazing!

Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

Hi thank you. I put in my land line number. It took me a while to realise you had to put in a dash between numbers, but finally I got a message saying they would call me back. Never did. World of Tanks has now resolved our problem. Years ago, when I first
bought an X Box, Microsoft phone support was excellent. Now, it's non existent. Whilst support on this forum has been helpful, it didn't resolve my problems. I'm afraid I wouldn't buy Microsoft again as it seems they make a great deal of money but won't invest
in customer service. Shame.
