I understand you need help on your Xbox problem.

Just a heads up that part of the buttons you need to press in order for you to get to the troubleshooter screen is the sync button. If the sync button no longer works, there is no other way we can get to the troubleshooter screen unless you are able to get to the main settings of the Xbox as we can reset the console through the settings.

This would lead to having the Xbox repaired if this cannot be done, unfortunately.

Sadly the problem has returned and is much worse because it doing failed screen shots and going to game menu on the same time !

I have noticed that is doing those errors twhen I press the X button which is the button for reloading weapons on Destiny 2 ! All those buttons menu and game capture is close to X button and i thinking that the controller is broken because i have never experienced this before on Xbox one s with the same controller model ! Since I don't have another controller to test and i have done already all the troubleshooting guides finds on internet i will going to the store where i both the console for solutions !

All I can say is what fixed mine which is in the replies above title FIXED. You have to get to the troubleshooting screen. It has something to do with the console not updating correctly.

Power off the xbox take out power cable for 3 minutes. Plug it in. Hold the controller sync button and the EJECT button down. Continue to hold these and tap the xbox ON button and hold the other 2 down until a 2nd ON sound is made.

When the troubleshoot screen comes on, hit the CONTINUE option and go through the steps to update the console.

Also google for the instructions on how to do this as mine here are not the best.

Hello I'm having the same issue with my Xbox one S. I don't have a eject button on the front of my console? I only have a sync button. How do I go about getting to the Xbox startup troubleshooter part?
