How can I get halo mcc to stop looking pixelated on my Xbox series s console

I have the master chief collection on both pc and Xbox series s but for some reason my 4 yr old gaming laptop has the game looking better than it does on my new Xbox. The graphics are pixilated to were I can’t see much detail. I have an insignia smart tv that should be able to display the game clearly but for some reason it won’t show any clearer than pixilated graphics if someone can tell me what if anything I can do to solve this I’d really appreciate it

How about your other games? Do they work fine on your display?

I suggest to power cycle your console too. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

If possible, try to use a different HDMI cable and also try to use the other HDMI IN port from your TV. You could also try disabling HDR and lower the refresh rate from your console settings if it makes a difference.

It says my tv supports 4k UHD but it’s mostly halo mcc that it happens to the worst I’ve tried changing picture settings and even dropping my resolution down but nothing has helped so far I’ve tried calibrating and changing resolution and nothing has changed the quality

What's your TV's maximum resolution? If its screen size is too big for the resolution its being supported, it may blurry or pixelated.

Does it happen to any games you have installed on your console?

Thank you for your response XBF. I already checked to see that the gamertag and email that was on my Xbox console matched the one that was on my Xbox app. However, when you say that Halo MCC is available on Xbox One and Series X does that mean that even though it does not work on the app if I sign on another Xbox One or get my own Series X the game will appear? I hope this is the case as I can live with MCC being on console alone, but if it does not appear when I upgrade to Series X then I'm going to have a problem. Is there another library other than the app I can use to confirm the presence of Halo MCC among my owned games.

I'm not saying it has to be enhanced I'm just saying if I had a base Xbox one and was playing soul calibur 6 it would look better than it does on my series s it's pixelated and has jaggies everywhere.
