How can I get a refund for this (preordered) digital 2k24 25th Anniversary Edition for...

I purchased the 2k24 Pre-order 25th Anniversary Edition. The only reason I purchased this version was the bonus of the 2x16 level skips per season. After launch I noticed I had not received this bonus.

I reached out to 2k support on 9/8 launch date. I was advice to wait until 9/10., (“there were some glitches during launch that needed to be resolved.”) There was no bonus content added on 9/10. Reached out to 2k support again and advise me to wait 48 hours if content is not there get back to us and we will escalate. Then waiting another 48 hours. After reaching out again for like the 10th time they so called “escalated”finally. I finally received a response today as of 9/19 that said there is only 2 level skips per season of 8 seasons totaling 16.. and the level skips go from lvl 1 to lvl 3.. not only do I not get the 16.. I can’t even pick when I want to level skip for the 2. wwwwwwhhhhaattttt!!!??? ..not worth the

Now this game is playing with my money and my time…..If it was advertised as 2 level skips per season then I would not have brought this version.

I want a refund for the digital purchase!!!

2k24 falsely advertised this 16 level skips for preordering the 2k24 25th Anniversary Edition….

Can someone from Microsoft assist with this question??
