    How can I get a new original Xbox One Power Adapter?


    Hi,

    I am a Customer from Germany and my Xbox One Power Adapter seems to be defect. Unfortunately, my console guarantee went out two months ago.

    Where can i get a new original one? I can only find store selling original power adapters that were already used before (or which are not originals).

    Can anybody help?

    Xbox no longer produce the original power supply unit as they no longer produce the original xbox one.

    Due to that fact it is no longer for sale via the xbox service centre or via xbox support

    So yea, what the previous posters stated was correct.

    We no longer support the original Xbox One or their accessories so the only way to get them is through either one of our trusted vendors found here

    You might find some used through other third parties but I'd check the stores for a new one if they have.

    Give that info a shot and let us know how that helped with the issue

    European Power Supply

    You can't just buy a German power supply for the original xbox one from the USA as that will literally make the console explode.

    The xbox one S has a universal power supply for 110v 60hz AND 220v 50hz so you just need a plug adapter for that to work but the regular xbox one will need a transformer.

    For the xbox one original you will need a power converter from 110v 60hz to 220v 50hz. Some adapters only do the voltage and not the frequency (50hz/60hz) so make sure you get the right one.

    So for the xbox one S you only need a plug converter but you will need a power converter for the xbox one original.
