    How can I get a hold of a live person so they can fix my Xbox live subscription?


    I have been unable to play Xbox live since 4/20/2020. I verified with my bank that I was charged on 04/13/2020. My Xbox profile shows that I have a live account. It also shows that it is set to renew on 04/13/2020 which does not make since considering its
    04/22. Therein lies the problem. The subscription has glitched to recognize the payment. I NEED someone to go into my account and clear this issue so I can use the services I have paid for.

    I have done every step of troubleshooting multiple times to try and get this to work.

    -tried requesting a call online (errors out)

    -tried chatting online with "Xbox gamer support" (was useless)

    -tried calling with the expectation to wait for hours (didn't even get a change to wait on hold)

    -Canceling subscription (error on our end please try again later)

    -Hard and soft resting my xbox

    -tried other games on Xbox live (your profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live)

    -tried removing and re-adding profile

    -purchased a separate 12 month code (will not accept please try again later)

    -Tried to change payment type to paypal (error, please try again later)

    -checked for outages in my area (none)

    Anybody who renewed on the 13th is having the same problem...and ive been in contact with xbox 5 times and they krep saying 24 - 72 hrs...well now its 5 days later and i still have no service....they have my money but i have no service. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!....It
