How Can I Get a Hold of a Human for a Billing Issue?

I have an unknown recurring monthly charge, but I have no active subscriptions. I have called the support phone number and have been redirected to the website, which has not been helpful. How can I reach a human to solve this issue? I have no idea which product/category the charge falls under, so I just selected one randomly.

Do you have some more specific details on how to get to the promised land of Microsoft Human Interaction? I've been on various Microsoft / Xbox website for over an hour now to no avail.
