    How can I get a code replaced?

    After 2 hours trying to get my issue resolved via online chat with Paolo B, I am now submitting to the forum.

    I purchased an Xbox One S that came with Battlefield 1 and a code for 1 month EA subscription. The problem is the last digit or letter from my code is damaged and I can't read it.

    I sent photos of my purchase receipt and the card with the code to Paolo B via email but he was unable to access the attached photos. I scanned the items as PDF files but again, he couldn't access the files. I attached the files onto a pages document and
    emailed him yet again.

    The chat panel keeps getting disconnected so I had to keep using the link :https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/en-au/contact/chat/21/?visitId=b102343c-bdaf-40b9-92d9-8c7bd61b2ab1&rejoin=true&disability=false

    I am forced to wait until I reach 1st in the queue and when I do, I seem to be ignored.

    Is there anywhere I can send the code or get the code replaced? Is there anyone at Microsoft capable of answering my questions?

    Since it's a physical bundle, you would need to contact the retailer you purchase it from for an exchange.

    If you qualify and if you do not own an Xbox One console, then you should receive the URL's (not codes) to redeem the offers via Xbox Live messages. The special URL's will not be sent via email as far as I know. If you've waited the appropriate amount of
    time please contact official support for further assistance.

    Sometimes it takes longer. For me it was about your time. I advise to be patient until Friday and than contact both Microsoft and Spotify support. Wish you the best of luck.
