    How can I fix this?


    So back when I was in 5th grade my dad passed away, and he had all the settings on the Xbox (shared by both me and my brother) made in certain ways where we had to ask for permission to do certain things, and to change settings on our account, such as the pfp and if our real names were shared or not, ect. But he has it set where we have to put in his password to even access his account. I'm 14 now and my brother is 16. My mom doesn't know the password and we have full permission to do literally whatever we want to and we live in a very not strict household. But we can't do a lot that we want because of not having access. The emails connected to the account are not in use, and ever single password that we would have known we tried. How can I fix this??

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    I'm unsure what you exactly mean with that every account get's locked, what exactly happens and is the console connected to Xbox Live?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
