    Okay, first of all I recommend you
    Delete your Profile     (Profile ONLY, do not delete the contents etc...) and then once you have done that,

    Clear your System Cache     (3 times). Following that, download your profile (guide found in the first support link provided).

    how can i fix this..

    If by "green power up button" you mean the segmented areas then they don't come on unless you connect a controller. If you're just seeing the "on/off" symbol light up then just connect a controller.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes. That should fix the issue.

    If it does not and you are trying to install from a disc please try disconnecting it from the net for the duration of the install.

    Hey there, No Fun 502! We did have an issue where people were unable to launch up Need for Speed Rivals, and it might have impacted you. You should be able to download it now, as this was resolved last night. Please delete the portion of the game that you
    have downloaded, hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then power it back up and try again. Let me know if that works for you.

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to fix it. The game is region locked. In order to redeem it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Romania is not a supported region, the game is not available there.
