    How can i fix this problem.


    My Xbox isn't loading my games i have tried a new power cord deleting my games and apps resetting the Xbox and nothing works i can play Fortnite, but it will take forever to load me into a game and when i do get into a game the graphic will die i can't play no games. I can load into madden but it takes about 15 minutes a then when i try to play i will get stuck on a screen and i won't be able to access my home screen it will just freeze. The Xbox is in good condition, and it is very frustrating not being able to play any games. I would like to at least play my game without getting stuck on a screen or it just simply not loading. I have tried every possible way to fix this issue and it do sent work and i cant afford another console.

    I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

    Sometimes a game crashing or starting issue can be caused by a temporary issue that may be fixed by simply exiting the game and restarting it. If the game is running, try exiting the home screen. This is the way:
    Press the Xbox  button on your controller to open the guide.

    Note Some crashes may prevent you from exiting the game. If you can't return to the home screen, skip to Step 3: Turn your console off and on.
    Select the game, press the Menu button  on your controller, and select Exit.
    Try restarting the game.

    If this step didn't work, continue with the next step.
    Try turning your Xbox console off and on. Turning it off and on completely resets the console. This does not mean that the games or the data they contain are deleted.
    Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox Button  on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
    Turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox Button  on the console or the Xbox Button  on the controller.

    Note If you don't see the green startup animation when you restart your console, repeat these steps. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the console turns off completely.

    Once you have completed the steps above to turn your console off and on, try restarting the game.
    If this step didn't work, continue with the next step.
    If the Xbox console profile is causing the gaming issue, the game profile data may be corrupted. You can correct this problem by removing this profile from the console and downloading it again. To remove your profile:

    Once you've completed the process of recreating your profile on your Xbox console and returned to the home screen, try playing the title again.
