How can I fix this error in MW3?

It has been doing this since I bought the game and installed it, it’s only on zombies, on Xbox one. We’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, and restarted the xbox, I tried to manage the game through the xbox app but it doesn’t have the option. There were no changes to anything on the Xbox before or after getting the game.

Ive tried all of this and Zombie mode didn’t worked since i installed the game, reinstalled it, tried the power cycle… what is the next step?

MW3 has disc read errors a lot. I have my copy saved to my hard drive, and I still get disc read errors. Not sure how to fix it.
