How can I fix the jerking mouse problem

It has come to my attention that you are experiencing a problem with mouse jitter.

I would like to try to offer you some suggestions.



For some reason the video you posted is not viewable, if you can, please post a new one.



The probable cause of this issue is a conflict between the recording software and the application.

If you turn off screen sharing, then this problem should not occur.



Also, some unusual input signal conflicts may cause this problem.

If you have an input device such as Controller connected to your computer, please remove it to check the problem.



After you re-upload the video, I will review it so I can better analyze the problem.

Hi Jason !

So, this problem is on every game, it jerks when i make small movements. If i move very very slowly, the mouse does not react. It not feel natural as the sensation like a PC.

When i use my controller, it feels responsive and naturel.

All Game i tried are installed.

But like i said my problem arrive to many keyboard and mouse player.

I have thé impression to those mouses are not correcty use by the Xbox Serie X.

Ok the problem has been fixed and i have no idea how unless my mouse software fixed it when i put disk in pc and hooked mouse up maybe refreshed it or something.... But all works now.

What’s the delay to the answer of the keyboard and after the mouse ?

Hi Dr. Whang, to fix the mouse acceleration just go to settings>Devices>mouse and then make the pointer speed 10 and that how I fixed my mouse acceleration.
