How can I fix the game Valorant that says it's not compatible?

You need to buy a new console as the error said your console.is NOT compatible

Only series s /x or a ps5 is included in the beta

1. I play Apex, Valorant and Fortnite and this happens with every game, especially Valorant.

2. I meant to say that the game just minimizes/closes and I'm met with the desktop screen and I have to click the game's icon from the taskbar to open the game.

3. I uninstalled a windows update and it didn't fix it, I saw some guides sayin to disable fullscreen optimization and that didn't work too.

Yesterday, I was screen sharing with windows 11 support for atleast 1.5 hours and he wasn't able to fix it aswell.

You can't. If you have an Xbox One S and the game is for the Series S|X, you'll need to buy the latest console or request a refund if you have already purchased an incompatible game.
