    How can i fix the error code 0x87e5000a on XSS?


    Everytime when i will play games (even the apps) like Forza Horizon 4, Warface etc. i get the error code 0x87e5000a.

    I tried lots of methods like restarting game, console, unplugged the power cable for minutes and plugged again but however they never worked for me.

    Has anyone fixed it?

    Error 0x87e50007 trying to launch FIFA 22

    Thanks for the suggestion. Here's how it went:

    1. I followed those directions (clear mac address, restart, etc)
    2. When I tried to load the game, I got error 0x87e5000a, which is a different error
    3. The first suggestion on the help page for that error (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-0x87e5000a) is to try launching the game again, which I did.
    4. Now I'm back to error 0x87e50007 again (what I originally posted). I've already done all the suggestions at the help page above, other than sending in the Xbox for repair.
    One thing I forgot to mention: I'm on an Xbox One S.

    Because it's a different game designed with that console in mind

    An Xbox One game will run standard Xbox One code on XSS as Power stated The XSS doesn't have the RAM the game is expecting.

    It is unlikely From will revisit it if they haven't by now except in the form of a remaster you'd have to pay for.
