How can I fix my Xbox app on Windows 11?

I recommend that you create a new Windows user and login to it, test the Xbox App and see if the same issue would show.

   5. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

I appreciate the quick response. Alas, these steps provided are among some of the many that I have attempted, but to no avail. However, the Gaming Services Repair Tool is a new option for me. One I had never tried before.. of course, it doesn't take a genius to realize this is new for everyone.

Much to my dismay, the tool did not resolve my problem and I followed the steps it provided to give detailed feedback. I do hope this tool will be further improved eventually. It would be great to have a 'cure-all' for this gaming services issue.

Anyway, if you could provide me with more possible steps or solutions, it'd be much appreciated. I would love to be able to use my Xbox app again.

Upon checking the Event Viewer, though my knowledge of it's functionality leaves much to be desired, the latest logs about his issue are as follows:

I won't pretend to know what much of this means, but I did check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel as stated in the second event. The problem history only shows that the Xbox app stopped responding and unexpectedly closed without providing any information, well, any information that could be relevant.

Anyway, I just thought I would provide this information in addition to my woes. Any help would be much appreciated.
