    It’s not an internet connection issue. Other games and updates install just fine. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall COD: Black Ops Cold War from my library and it says it is corrupt.

    How fast is your internet connection from your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

    Black Ops Cold War is a very large download, almost twice the size of an average Xbox One game. It weighs in at 133GB. On my internet connection of around 200Mb/s (Megabits per second) it took me just over an hour and a half.

    If your connection is slower it will take some time to download. But unless you can tell us what your speed is, we can't help you.
