How can I fix my game

So minecraft had a update so I clicked update and now it has duplicated my game and won’t let me delete either option. I can delete every other game except for these to Minecraft’s it says the both need a update but one stuck at 60% and the other haven’t even started I have plenty of storage and I have disconnect my Xbox, restarted it etc everytime I click on it, it doesn’t do anything i tried deleting the game and won’t let me and I tried to stop the update and also won’t let me.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide and select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety> Xbox Live privacy.

Select View details & customize > Communication & multiplayer.

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search on the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Gerardo C., an independent advisor, where he suggests the following steps to try to solve the problem:

Please try to solve the problem by doing the following procedures:

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

4. Check if the problem persists, if so, please reset your console to its factory settings keeping your games and applications as follows:

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

This way your console will be reconfigured and you will have to add your account again. No game or application will be deleted, nor will you lose the progress of any game since these are saved in the Xbox Cloud.

5. Check if the problem continues.

You need Game Pass Core (formerly known as Gold) or Game Pass Ultimate in order to play online multiplayer. Regular Game Pass only allows access to games but not online multiplayer.

My settings have been all set to "allow" and "everyone" for years. Earlier I tried resetting them as I saw from another suggestion, which didn't solve my issue. What else could prevent me from talking in game chat?
