How can I fix my downloads. It doesn’t work or days too long.

Please try a complete power cycle and see if it resolves the issue.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

You can also try changing the network frequency on the router settings from 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz.

Now I set automatic nat. Whit my wifi it doesn’t work, I use wired connection and it does’t work. With my telephone router it work. How can I fix it?

Yes I do. In fact I downloaded Minecraft dungeons perfectly fine. I updated the console too. And I made it worse. A bunch of apps like Microsoft Rewards and Avatar editor won’t download now. This is the same exact thing that happened to my old Xbox One S which is why I hoped buying a new Xbox would fix it but it doesn’t seem like it did. I’m wondering if this is an account issue and if it is how can I fix it

Hey. I’m having that issue rite now. Just one day it stopped working. I use my controller to search for games or send quick messages to my friends. And the noise from the keyboard that pops up when you use your controller doesn’t work. It’s frustrating I like the sounds. I know how your feel. Did you ever get it fixed?
