my country on Xbox is United States

so now i am in a different country

And have to renew my Xbox live

so address is now different

so how can activated my Xbox live

Did you move to a different region? If you did not move, you may just need to ensure that your profile is set the region where you're currently located. To change the region in your Microsoft account profile:

Go to the Your info page of your Microsoft account dashboard:
