How can I fix my 360 games not loading

None of my 360 games load I was playing a few old cods with friends and then some other games and When I tried to play them again none of them load it just gets stuck on the 360 logo I tried some of my digital 360 games and they won’t load either

And in the part of "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

In section "Xbox 360 Online Safety" do the same.

Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

I’m using backwards compatible I’ve tried restarting my console I’ve re installed the games I’ve deleted the saved data

Check if the same happens when connecting the console to a mobile hotspot.
