How can I find the XBOX Series X serial # for my order history?

Hi,

I've wasted over 45 minutes trying to call Microsoft and speaking with both Sales and Xbox guys which neither could help me and keep transferring me. I'm trying to find out what the serial # is strictly by the ORDER NUMBER as I have two consoles from two different retailers.

I need to return the Microsoft console back and need to ensure they receive their product to try and eliminate any funny business and delays.

The only way to see the serial number of the console is on the console itself.

The serial number for your Xbox console is located in two places:

- On the sticker at the back of the console (the bottom of the console for Xbox One).

- In your settings. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info. The serial number appears first in the list displayed.

If you haven't received the console yet you can't know which one

You just wait till you receive the orders and send back the one accordingly keep in mind if one is on all access make sure you read the contract details

Yes it's on my order history. It's just not going over to my series X

I got the xbox series x on a contract deal with Vodacom.

It gave me a free 6 months game pass voucher. And going through the steps to activate the voucher ,in order to get the 25 digit pin,on the website it says it doesn't recognise my xbox serial nr

The exact same thing happened to me. After I pre-ordered the Xbox Series X I saw it under my order history and in the weeks following until recently when I went to check it's no longer listed under my orders. I have the screenshots of my order number as
well.
