How can I find it?

We need to make sure that the in-game currency is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

Yep, about 2 hits with a sword and 1 with a pickaxe will weaken a creeper enough for a skeleton to kill it with one or two arrows.

I'm not sure what version they're all added in but the two you mentioned are the first batch and can be found in dungeon chests as well as from creepers. Another thing to consider is creepers killed by skeletons will drop them randomly and those two are
the most common. If the others are in this version you might just be having bad luck. Try going to a desert or another flat area and farming them as much as possible.
