How can I find a way to talk to an enforcement member

Recently my account was permenantly suspended, to which I believe was an error, and after submitting an appeal and getting denied, I talked to Xbox support to where I can further talk to an enforcement team member. The employee there told me that they had to send an email to me, and then I would have to send an email back. However, I have not recieved an email at all and it has been 2 weeks, does it typically take this long or should I be concerned that the email is never going to be sent?

I am sorry to have to tell you that the person you spoke to in support has misinformed you. The Enforcement team do not normally reach out to folk via an email. They would have likely told the support agent that you would need to submit a case appeal (which you have done previously, which you said has been denied).

This would explain why you haven't received an email yet. Once you have submitted the appeal, it is investigated by a member from the Xbox enforcement team. If they deem that the action is warranted, then they will deny your appeal.

You'll find your case there as well as any opportunity to appeal it. No one outside of enforcement has any method of contacting them. The only way to do so is an appeal

The enforcement team are the only ones who can remove a suspension.

there is some way to talk to them

because I have been talking with you I can not find a solution to my problem that someone else can talk to solve the suspension

Only an Enforcement team member can respond to any specific enforcement action they issue, and they do not use the forums.

If you feel the suspension is in error, you can submit a case review, if qualified, at
https://enforcement.xbox.com.

Ive tried but it won't even let me try to appeal the suspension I talked to a support member to get in contact with a enforcement team member but he said I have to come here to get to talk to someone from the team I need help to get rid of the second suspension
I got unjustly can I get someone to talk to to sort this out please

It says permanent I just really need to talk to an enforcement team member cause this happened by someone else not me idk how it happened I was over seas on deployment
