How can I file a Grievance for XBOX sales?

If you are trying to order an x series you gotta remember thrre is limited stock

And no custimer support canr help with stock

You will just have to wait for more stock

Phil spencer and sony both said that there wjll be shortages for a long time

It will remain pending untjl there is stock to ship you

Some people.alreadybreporting dec 23rd as the next shipping date

Video games stores dont have stock even now other then preorders

I know cause I listened to customers asking for extras hoping to pick one up

I waited for 3 hours on hold, finally got an agent and she hung up on me after I told her my issue. So I called back and had the same thing happen at the 2 hour mark.

I also waited in the chat for 2 hours but the agent didn’t have any authority to help me.

Seems to be consistent with my experience with the exception of the Ethernet issue. Interestingly I posted my concern/grievance shortly before yours. What sucks is being left with the choice of wasting any games you have purchased because you can no longer
play them or spending the money on another console. Probably not the best strategy to boost console sales.

Thanks for the information. I figured this was the only way to be in contact with anyone from the Enforcement Team. Conveniently, there is no way to further defend your position, file for grievances against final case reviews or to file complaints against
Enforcement Team members for decisions made. Something needs to change here, since most cases are reviewed by a single person subjectively.
